GSM Industrial announces staff addition, promotions

Lancaster, Pa.-based GSM Industrial Inc., a custom metal fabricator and mechanical contractor, has announced an addition to its leadership team, as well as two staff promotions.

Robert Blauser has been hired as vice president of operations. He has more than 27 years of experience in fabrication, manufacturing, and engineering. He previously served as a project manager in the Advanced Manufacturing/Project Engineering group at Harley-Davidson Motor Co., director of manufacturing and operations at the Manitowoc Crane group, and most recently vice president of operations at Kelvion Inc.

Jeffrey Ream has been promoted to vice president of sales. Employed with the company for more than 37 years, he most recently served as vice president of fabrication.

J. Michael Towers has been promoted to vice president of finance and administration. A second-generation owner of the business, Towers has been with the company more than eight years, serving most recently as the manager of systems and administration.
