HC Private Investments partners with Prince Industries
HC Private Investments, a Chicago-based family office private equity firm, and Isleworth Capital Partners have announced a strategic partnership with Prince Industries LLC, a precision machining and sheet metal fabrication company in Carol Stream, Ill.
Proceeds from the investment will be used to accelerate Prince’s growth plans and expand its operational capabilities. As part of the transaction, Frank Feraco and Ryan Sullivan have joined the company’s board of directors. Mark Miller, whose father founded Prince in 1959, continues to serve as CEO and a board member and retains a significant investment in the company.
Prince serves the telecommunications, hydraulics, medical/dental, computer-peripheral equipment, and electronics markets. The company has about 260 employees at three facilities in Carol Stream; Batavia, Ill.; and Shanghai.
