Hexagon acquires FASys Industrie-EDV-Systeme GmbH
Hexagon AB has completed the acquisition of FASys Industrie-EDV-Systeme GmbH, a Germany-based provider of software and hardware systems for production-oriented tasks.
FASys has an established working relationship with the Hexagon-owned CAD/CAM provider Vero Software, and the acquisition enhances Hexagon Mfg. Intelligence’s product offering for production processes.
