HKR acquires CC&L
Holding company HKR, Tulsa, Okla., has purchased Custom Components & Logistics, Catoosa, Okla.
CC&L is a manufacturer of custom stainless steel, carbon steel, and aluminum electrical enclosures and industrial control panel enclosures. The company also provides precision metal stamping, machining, tool and die, and custom fabrication.
John Johnson will continue his role as CC&L general manager.
