Ideal Industries hires Technology Group president

Ideal Industries Inc., a Sycamore, Ill., a manufacturer of products and systems for professional tradespeople in the automotive, aerospace, wire processing, electrical, construction, and data communications industries, has hired Jeff Miller as group president, Technology Group.

Miller most recently worked for 17 years at Motorola in roles such as corporate vice president and general manager of North American operations, vice president of sales, vice president of global e-commerce, and global strategic account management. Previously he worked at AT&T and served as executive vice president of sales and marketing at Somera Communications. He holds an MBA from The Ohio State University and a bachelor’s degree in business from Miami University.
