JD Norman Industries acquires Rege Motorenteile
Diversified metal component manufacturer JD Norman Industries Inc., Addison, Ill., has acquired Rege Motorenteile GmbH, Eisenach, Germany, a manufacturer of components and assemblies for the automotive and industrial markets. The company, which has manufacturing operations in Germany and Romania, supplies customers throughout Europe and North America.
The acquisition creates a global automotive and industrial supplier of highly engineered components employing about 2,000 people in 14 locations in six countries.
