John Bouchard & Sons certified as Woman Business Enterprise

John Bouchard & Sons Co. (JBS), Nashville, Tenn., has been certified as a Woman Business Enterprise by The Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise for the state of Tennessee. Lisa Bouchard Morgan, owner, chairman, and CEO, is the fifth-generation overseer of the company. She joined the board in 2011.

The company includes four fully integrated divisions: Construction (turnkey fabrication projects), Machine Services (field service and shop repair for stamping presses and other rotating equipment), Equipment Sales & Service (selling compressed-air, pumping, nitrogen-generation, and vacuum systems, as well as general pipe, valves, and fittings), and Foundry.
