Kennametal names new business segment leaders

Pittsburgh-based Kennametal Inc. has announced two changes to its business segment leadership and executive management team.

Peter Dragich has been named Kennametal vice president and president of the industrial business segment, with global responsibility for growth and modernization of the company's metalworking systems and services. He has nearly 30 years of experience in supply chain, operations, and cross-functional collaboration.

Ron Port has been appointed as Kennametal vice president and president of the infrastructure business segment, with global responsibility for the company's advanced materials, earth cutting tools, engineering components, and ceramics business. Port has 25 years of experience in large P&L leadership, strategy, and corporate business development.
