Lantek appoints new CEO

Lantek, a provider of software for sheet metal fabrication, has appointed Alberto López de Biñaspre Maurolagoitia as CEO.

López de Biñaspre has more than 16 years of international experience leading global teams. A business development specialist, his professional career has focused on managing international projects and operations. Most recently he worked for General Electric, holding a number of positions throughout the company.

López de Biñaspre holds an engineering degree in automation and industrial electronics from the University of Deusto and is certified in advanced project management by the University of Mondragón. He is PMP-certified by the Project Management Institute and is a senior member of the IEEE.
