Lincoln Foodservice Equipment sets up national operations base in Louisiana

Lincoln Foodservice Equipment, a Welbilt brand company that produces commercial-grade foodservice equipment, is establishing a new U.S. operations center at Welbilt’s existing site in Shreveport, La.

The $2.3 million investment will allow the company to create 99 direct jobs and 137 indirect jobs.

The project will add 35,000 sq. ft. of manufacturing space to the existing facility, which manufactures foodservice products for its Frymaster brand. The additional space will support the production of Lincoln Foodservice brand ovens for industry customers nationwide.

Commercial operations are expected to begin by the end of Q1 2024.
