Loc Performance Products acquires Demmer Corp.

Plymouth, Mich.-based Loc Performance Products Inc., a manufacturer of large CNC machined components, fabricated structures, and assemblies for military and industrial applications, has acquired Demmer Corp., Lansing, Mich.

This acquisition is expected to generate a total capital investment of $96.5 million and create 700 jobs—about 500 in Lansing and 200 in Plymouth.
