Chicago-based May River Capital has sold Pride Eng. LLC, Minneapolis, to Arcline Investment Management.
Pride is a designer and manufacturer of precision-engineered tooling, equipment, and aftermarket parts for the aluminum beverage packaging manufacturing process. Its products include tool packs, bottom formers, precision grinders, and connectivity systems.
