Maysteel Industries merges with Porter’s Group

Maysteel Industries LLC and Porter’s Group have merged to create a custom sheet metal fabricator operating under the Maysteel name. The combined company has more than 1,000 employees with six North American manufacturing locations, as well as manufacturing partner locations in Europe.

Maysteel manufactures custom sheet metal enclosures, cabinets, kiosks, and racks from its locations in Wisconsin; California; and Monterrey, Mexico. Porter’s Group is a custom metal fabricator that serves 20 diverse industries from its three manufacturing locations in Lynchburg, Va.; Sumter, S.C.; and Garland, Texas.
