Mayville Eng. Co. announces administrative promotions

Mayville Engineering Co. Inc. (MEC), Mayville, Wis., a provider of prototyping and tooling, production fabrication, coating, assembly, and aftermarket services, has announced two senior management promotions.

Ryan Raber has been promoted to executive vice president – strategy, sales and marketing. He joined the company in 2009 and has served in several sales and marketing and operational leadership roles.

Steve Mance has been promoted to COO. Before joining the company in 2018, he led Defiance Metal Products for eight years. He has 35 years of experience in industrial company leadership.
