Metalcraft of Mayville acquires Venture Mfg.
Metalcraft of Mayville, a precision metal fabrication and custom manufacturing company based in Mayville, Wis., has acquired Venture Mfg., Beaver Dam, Wis. Metalcraft will operate the Venture Mfg. facility as a division and plans to retain all employees.
Metalcraft also operates a facility in West Bend, Wis.
