Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center named a 2018 Top Work Place by the Detroit Free Press

The Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center has been awarded a 2018 Top Work Places honor by the Detroit Free Press. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research organization Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics), a provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.

With more than 50 employees at their facility, the center was included in the “Small Companies” category, ultimately placing 19th out of 60 organizations statewide.
