Mid Atlantic Machinery adds northeast division

Harrisburg, Pa.-based machine tool distributor Mid Atlantic Machinery has opened a northeast division, Northeast Machinery Sales, in Agawam, Mass., to cover territory from New York to Maine.

The new location, which includes an office, demonstration facility, and showroom, is led by Steve Tapply, vice president, and his son, Nick Tapply, regional territory manager. They have 40 years of combined industry experience at Marvel Saw, Jancy Eng., Ercolina, and Nitto Kohki.

The company distributes machines for structural and miscellaneous fabricators, machine shops, manufacturers, and precision sheet metal fabricators.
