Midwest Metal Works to expand Indiana facility

Steel fabricator and manufacturer Midwest Metal Works Inc. has announced plans to invest in new machinery and training to increase production and create additional business at its New Albany, Ind., facility. The $1.3 million investment is expected to create more than 12 jobs, more than doubling its staff.

Specializing in industrial metal fabrication, installation, and maintenance, the company manufactures products for power generation plants, oil refineries, food manufacturers, automotive manufacturers, distilleries, and defense.
