MPE acquires Racine Metal-Fab

Midwest Products & Engineering (MPE), a BPOC portfolio company, has announced the acquisition of Racine Metal-Fab Ltd. (RMF), a fabricator of complex, precision sheet metal components and subassemblies. RMF specializes in light-gauge materials, soft and hard tooling design, and assembly and logistics services.

"RMF brings innovation and core competence in high-cosmetic, light-gauge stamping and fabrication technologies that are integral to the evolving needs of our customers," said Hank Kohl, president/CEO of MPE. The acquisition will help MPE expand capabilities in the medical and technology OEM services market.
