Navistar to expand in Alabama

Navistar has announced plans for a $125 million expansion of its truck and bus manufacturing operations in Huntsville, Ala., adding 145 new jobs.

The project will allow the production of big-bore powertrains developed under Navistar’s partnership with Volkswagen commercial truck subsidiary Traton.
