Lakeside Steel & Mfg. Co., a sheet metal fabricator in Kenosha, Wis., has been purchased by business partners Carl Hamersma and Dean Birschbach.
The company, which employs 18 people, operates out of a 75,000-sq.-ft. facility. It serves the power distribution, power supply, and structural industries.
