New partnership group acquires Armetco Systems

A new partnership group has acquired Armetco Systems, a fabricator and installer of architectural metal products and systems in Justin, Texas. The new ownership comprises three Architectural Fabrication Inc. executives: Jeff Cash, president; Ryan Martin, director of preconstruction; and Jeff Kenny, CEO/owner.

Cash and Kenny will continue to oversee the strategic direction and operation of Architectural Fabrication Inc., a provider of sun control systems and custom metal fabrication based in Fort Worth, Texas. Martin will transition into an operator role as president at Armetco Systems.
