Nitrex’s Indiana facility gets Nadcap certification

The Nitrex Heat Treating Services (HTS) facility in Franklin, Ind., has been granted Nadcap reaccreditation, the highest level of international aerospace approval.

The accreditation covers the following processes at the facility: heat treating for multiple alloy families, stress relieving, carburizing, nitriding, vacuum heat treating, hardness, and metallography.

The global surface treatment provider also has earned Nadcap approval of its facility in Queretaro, Mexico.
