Patrick Industries announces recent acquisitions

Patrick Industries Inc., Elkhart, Ind., a manufacturer of component products and distributor of building products and materials for the RV, manufactured housing, and marine industries, has announced two recent acquisitions.

The company has completed the acquisition of Angola, Ind.-based IMP Holdings LLC, which does business as Indiana Marine Products. The firm manufactures and distributes helm assemblies, including electrical wiring harnesses, dash panels, instrumentation and gauges, and other products primarily for the marine market.

Patrick Industries also recently acquired Elkhart-based Aluminum Metals Co. LLC, a manufacturer and distributor of aluminum products including coil, fabricated sheets, and extrusions, as well as roofing products, primarily for the RV, industrial, and marine markets.

Both of the acquired companies continue to operate on a stand-alone basis under their own brand names in their existing facilities.
