Registration opens for IHEA annual meeting

The Industrial Heating Equipment Association (IHEA), Lakewood Ranch, Fla., will host its 2021 Annual Meeting July 26-28 at the Don CeSar in St. Pete Beach, Fla. Registration is now open.

The program will include presentations from Chief Master Sergeant (Ret.) Bob Vazquez, economist Chris Kuehl, and IHEA members Doug Glenn (Heat Treat Today) and Tim Lee (Honeywell Thermal Solutions).

Vazquez is a course director at the U.S. Air Force Academy’s Center for Character Development, as well as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs. He will be speaking about the Power of SUPERvision.

Kuehl will entertain and inform attendees with a spirited delivery of the economic update; Glenn will provide a thought-provoking commentary on life and lessons for the next generation; and Lee will share insights from his experiences dealing with crisis over the past year and how he and Honeywell are moving forward.

IHEA members will convene for committee work and enjoy social gatherings to visit with industry peers and welcome new people to the association. Optional activities include a fishing tournament and a Chihuly Museum tour with lunch.
