SPS Companies, State Steel to acquire Kooima
Manhattan, Kan.-based steel distributor SPS Companies Inc. and State Steel Supply Co., a provider of coil processing and fabrication in Sioux City, Iowa, have announced plans to acquire Kooima Co.’s parts fabrication assets.
Kooima, based in Rock Valley, Iowa, is a fabricator of flat and tubular products.
