Staub Mfg. Solutions owners, employee to be special guests at State of the Union Address

Staub Mfg. Solutions, Dayton, Ohio, has announced that its owners, Steve Staub and Sandy Keplinger, as well as skilled welder Corey Adams will be special guests, seated with the First Lady, at President Trump’s first State of the Union address, Jan. 30 at 9:00 p.m. EST.

Adams has worked for the company for more than eight years. He and his wife became first-time homeowners in 2017 and plan to invest their extra money from tax reform into their two daughters’ education savings.

Siblings Staub and Keplinger started the contract manufacturing company that specializes in metal fabrication 20 years ago. Today, they serve as president and vice president, respectively. The company has seen a recent uptick in sales, employment, and optimism. Its number of employees has grown from 23 to 37 in the past year, and the firm recently expanded with the acquisition of a new building. Following enactment of the tax cuts and reform legislation last year, the firm was able to give all its employees larger-than-expected Christmas bonuses.
