Sunset Mfg. names director of sales

St. Joseph, Minn.-based Sunset Mfg., a precision sheet metal fabricator serving OEMs in the upper Midwest, has hired Rick Nelson as director of sales.

Nelson, who has more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, including a strong sales and fabrication background, serves in a consulting capacity throughout customers’ project cycles and beyond. He previously served in sales, operations, and plant management positions in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and central Minnesota.

Sunset Mfg. offers laser cutting, forming, welding, finishing, and assembly of stainless and mild steel, aluminum, and other sheet metal.
