Tech Air acquires Scully Welding Supply and Propane Service

Danbury, Conn.-based Tech Air, a distributor of industrial, medical, and specialty gases and related equipment and supplies, has acquired Scully Welding Supply Corp. and Scully Propane Service Corp. of Collingdale, Pa.

Scully is a distributor of propane, industrial, and welding supplies and industrial gases servicing the greater Philadelphia region from its four locations. Tech Air operates through more than 45 branch and fill locations in the Northeast, Southeast, Southwest, and West.
