Tie Down acquires MaxQ Technology
Atlanta-based Tie Down has acquired MaxQ Technology, Tempe, Ariz., a provider of friction stir-welded coldplates and cooling products.
Tie Down, a metalworking company with extensive CNC machining, laser cutting, welding, sheet metal, and assembly capabilities, will assume all production manufacturing responsibilities for MaxQ Technology and provide technical support.
