Wait Industries acquires Voyager Acquisitions

Wait Industries LLC, a private capital investment firm focused on manufacturing companies, has acquired Voyager Acquisitions LLC, a steel fabricator in Elkhart, Ind.

Voyager provides parts to many sectors, including medical, RV, automotive, and furniture, with processes including laser cutting, welding, metal forming, bending, stamping, and powder coating.

All of Voyager’s employees will retain their jobs, and the company will continue to operate out of its Elkhart location.
