Wall Colmonoy to host fall sessions of hands-on brazing seminar

Wall Colmonoy has announced its fall 2022 sessions of Modern Furnace Brazing School , returning after a three-year hiatus.

The seminar will be offered Oct. 11-13, 2022, at Aerobraze Engineered Technologies’ Brazing Engineering Center in Cincinnati and Nov. 8-10, 2022, at Wall Colmonoy’s European headquarters in Pontardawe, Wales.

Attendees will participate in hands-on, practical applications while learning about brazing technology from Wall Colmonoy brazing engineers. Topics will include brazing design, metallurgical aspects/brazing operation, brazing atmosphere and furnace equipment, brazing material and applications, and quality control.

Attendees also will tour the facility and see the application of brazing alloys on the shop floor. They will have the opportunity to apply different forms of filler metal to supplied samples, have them vacuum brazed, and discuss the outcomes.
