White Wolf Capital acquires Astro-Tek Industries
White Wolf Capital LLC has announced that its newly formed platform company, Consolidated Machine & Tool Holdings LLC, has acquired a majority stake in Astro-Tek Industries Inc., Anaheim, Calif.
Astro-Tek manufactures parts and equipment for the aerospace, industrial, entertainment, medical, and government industries, with capabilities including CNC machining, welding, and fabrication.
