Winnebago Industries to acquire Barletta Pontoon Boats
Winnebago Industries, a manufacturer of motorhomes and trailers, has announced an agreement to acquire Barletta Pontoon Boats, which sells boats through 125 dealer locations in the U.S. and Canada.
Barletta will continue to produce its boats in Bristol, Ind.
