Wire-Mesh Products acquires R.E.D Mfg.

Wire-Mesh Products (WMP), a manufacturer of wire mesh conveyor belts in York, Pa., has acquired R.E.D Mfg., a Lancaster, Pa.-based woven wire conveyor belt manufacturer that specializes in food and architectural belting.

The merger adds a second facility to the organization, increasing total manufacturing square footage by 50 percent and anticipated annual revenue by 40 percent.
