Wisconsin Oven ships five standard draw batch ovens to East Carolina Metal Treating

Wisconsin Oven Corp. has shipped five electrically heated Standard Draw Batch (SDB) series ovens to East Carolina Metal Treating in Raleigh, N.C.

With maximum operating temperatures of 1,250 degrees F, the ovens will be used for stress relieving.

The basket dimensions of each oven are 2 by 3 by 2 ft. Temperature uniformity is ±10 degrees F at 300, 750, and 1,250 degrees F.

The SDB series features heavy-duty furnace construction, including a plate steel outer shell, a reinforced steel plate oven front, a lined inner shell, and exterior structural reinforcements as required.
