Heidenhain adds business development manager

Gisbert Ledvon

Heidenhain Corp., Schaumburg, Ill., a manufacturer of precision measurement and control equipment, has hired Gisbert Ledvon as TNC business development manager in North America. He has more than 20 years of extensive corporate industrial machine business experience.

The company’s CNC models are referred to as TNCs. Ledvon is responsible for developing a strategy to drive technical value and commercial demand for the controls at the end user and OEM levels.

Ledvon previously served as director of business development for GF Machining Solutions. He began his professional training as an apprentice in the Tool and Die Vocational College in Olsberg, Germany, and has completed a business program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
