Mahr Inc. appoints general manager, sales

John Roberts

Mahr Inc., a Providence, R.I., manufacturer of measurement equipment used for dimensional metrology, has hired John Roberts as general manager, sales, covering the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Brazil.

Roberts has more than 30 years of experience in the industrial automation sector. He previously worked for B&R Industrial Automation, a member of the ABB Group, in a series of progressively senior sales management positions, including managing director of growth markets, senior vice president of sales, and global product group manager for HMI.
