Yxlon equips two inspection services labs with new NDT technology

Yxlon has completed installation of new NDT systems in its two North American inspection services facilities. Comet’s Lab One facility in San Jose, Calif., and Yxlon’s NDT facility in Hudson, Ohio, now offer customers the ability to send samples for NDT contract services and to conduct trials and evaluations on a variety of systems from Comet’s Plasma Controls Technology, Yxlon, and ebeam business units.

The labs offer RF power, X-ray/CT, and electron beam materials testing. System evaluation and inspection services enable R&D and quality engineers to accelerate development time spent in prototyping, process improvement, and analysis of critical industrial components.
