D&H Industries increases automation with CNC tube bending capability

D&H Industries, Oconomowoc, Wis., has upgraded one of its robotic welding cells to include a new YLM CNC hydraulic tube bender. The cell features two robotic arms, a servo-driven turntable, and four pneumatic welding fixtures. The heavy-duty bender allows the machine operator to load and unload tubes during weld cycles to increase cell production.

The company is a precision deep-draw stamper and progressive metal stamper of products made from aluminum, brass, copper, cold-rolled steel, stainless steel, and high-strength materials. It handles material thicknesses from 0.005 to 0.551 in. with simple to complex design configurations. Supporting fabrication services include robotic welding, GMAW, GTAW, resistance welding, CNC machining, and complete assembly.
