Union Partners acquires National Metalwares

Union Partners, a holding company of metals and logistics companies based in Oak Brook, Ill., has acquired National Metalwares LP (NMLP), a manufacturer, fabricator, and finisher of steel tubing and tubular products.

Based in Aurora, Ill., NMLP also manufactures such products as residential, office, and education furniture, as well as consumer lawn and garden and other outdoor powered equipment.
