Reliance Steel & Aluminum to acquire Merfish United
Los-Angeles based metal service center Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Merfish United, a distributor of tubular building products based in Ipswich, Mass.
Merfish serves 47 states through its 12 distribution centers. Products include steel pipe, copper tubing, plastic pipe, and electrical conduit.
