Barton names director of warehouse operations

Glens Falls, N.Y.-based Barton Intl., a provider of garnet abrasives, has promoted Delroy Ross to director of warehouse operations for two of its garnet abrasives warehouses and processing facilities in Chesapeake, Va., and Reserve, La. He previously served as warehouse manager for those facilities.

Ross has more than 31 years of experience in logistics and transportation. He previously held similar positions at NYK Logistics America and with the U.S. Air Force. Ross holds associate degrees in liberal arts from St. Leo University and in logistics from the Community College of the Air Force.
