Flow online event will highlight Joe Gibbs Racing’s use of waterjet

Flow Intl. Corp., Kent, Wash., a manufacturer of ultrahigh-pressure waterjet cutting systems, has announced the next installment in its online tradeshow series, “How JGR Gets to Victory Lane with Flow Waterjet.” Special guest Mark Bringle from Joe Gibbs Racing shares the behind-the-scenes manufacturing processes that are critical to JGR’s NASCAR racing victories. The online webinar-style event will take place Sept. 22 at 11 a.m. PT.

Bringle, technical sponsorship and marketing director, has been a part of JGR for 24 years and offers a unique perspective on how precision manufacturing can translate to wins on the NASCAR track. “At this level of competition, every second, every part, every practice matters. Our Flow waterjet is a workhorse on the manufacturing floor at Joe Gibbs Racing, and we’re excited to highlight how its performance contributes to the team’s success,” he said. The online tradeshow includes live video, expert presentations, and a question-and-answer session with a panel of waterjet specialists.

Flow launched its online tradeshow series in early June to deliver educational information to remote audiences while keeping engagement levels high. “We’re used to face-to-face interaction and live waterjet cutting at tradeshows. Unfortunately, that’s not an option right now with social distancing,” said Steve Rosenblum, senior director, global marketing and corporate communications for Flow. “However, we remain committed as ever to delivering helpful information and connecting with the manufacturing community. This event is just one of the ways we are working to help keep our customers informed and moving forward.”
