Sunstone Welders introduces CDDP-A microresistance welding system

Sunstone Welders has introduced the Capacitive Discharge Dual Pulse Advanced (CDDP-A) microresistance welding system. It is production-ready with feedback, reporting, and full weld head control.

The system is equipped with an 8-in. color touchscreen display for control of the entire welding process. The interface allows users to adjust production settings including multiple PLC protocols, cloning options, weld monitoring, and SPC tools. All welding results are shown on the screen as the weld is completed, or they can be exported to any computer.
