Robotic nozzle-cleaning station integrates in digital controls infrastructure

Tregaskiss has introduced its new TOUGH GUN™ TT3E reamer, a robotic nozzle-cleaning station with digital Ethernet communications to integrate into users’ digital controls infrastructure.

The reamer eliminates the need for an analog switch and reduces cabling requirements within the robotic weld cell. It offers remote monitoring capabilities, allowing companies to oversee and troubleshoot the I/O of each reamer function and its allowable parameters through the PLC in real time. The reamer also features error diagnostic and recording capabilities.
