Techman Robot’s TM20 lightweight AI cobot robotic arm includes built-in vision

Techman Robot has released the TM20 robotic arm, a lightweight, high-payload AI cobot. The 32.8-kg unit, which carries up to 20 kg and has a reach of 1,300 mm with six rotation joints, is suitable for heavy-duty autonomous mobile robot applications.

The robot offers maneuverability for tasks that require frequent turning or have limited space. Its built-in smart vision compensates for positioning errors and helps ensure precision in fast pick-and-place tasks, without the need for additional visual or positional monitoring, the company reports.

Typical applications include material handling, heavy machine tending, high-volume palletizing, and pick-and-place jobs.
