3-D printed press brake tools allow cost-effective tryout

Rolleri has introduced Rol Prime press brake tools and dies for testing of drawings and bending processes. These 3-D printed, full-size tools and dies are functional replicas of the actual tools and dies, giving the user the flexibility to make changes before purchasing more expensive tools.

The 3-D printed tooling allows the user to create real parts quickly to show customers. They are made with the company’s patented plastic to withstand as many as 1,000 strokes per piece.
