The Xpert Pro press brake is available from Bystronic in three models: Classic for small batch sizes and prototyping; Performance for medium-size companies producing larger series of parts; and Dynamic, with bending speeds up to ¾ IPS to handle batch sizes of 1,000 pieces or more.

The press brakes are modular and can be adapted specifically to the requirements of the production environment. As requirements change, the configuration can be flexibly adapted. The exchange of individual modules, such as the backgauge, is straightforward, and all optional equipment can be easily retrofitted at any time.

The tool clamping system works with the manufacturer’s equipment and tools from other suppliers. Press capacity varies from 110 to 350 tons to bend materials up to 5/8 in. thick. Bending length is 10 or 13 ft.
