HG 1003 ATC bending system from Amada handles variable lot sizes

Amada has engineered the HG ATC for processing variable lot sizes. The Automatic Tool Changer (ATC) can load complex tool layouts within 3 min. and allows operators of varied experience levels to use the bending system.

According to the manufacturer, the ATC’s quick tool setups allow users to introduce rush jobs seamlessly and triple or quadruple the number of setups performed each day (based on eight setups per day).
